This very pretty holiday cottage has two double bedrooms downstairs and a very large sitting room/dining area upstairs. Unusually for a Lake District Cottage, this huge and fantastic family room is 28 feet long and 12 feet wide with a wood burning stove, TV and DVD player.

There is full central heating throughout. The bathroom has a bath with shower, WC and basin. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a small lawned garden at the front of the cottage and car parking and barbecue area to the side.

Accommodation comprises: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, sitting/living room with woodburning stove and double sofa bed. If you want, you can fit two more people in by using the sofa bed in the sitting room.
